Heading the workforce at HRJ Gould Ltd is Henry Gould Senior. Having spent all his life within the timber trade, Henry has passed on his expertise to his three sons Jeffrey, Henry James and Richard. All four work on site on a daily basis with their teams.
The majority of our employees have been with the firm from the start. Many have been known to the family since childhood. All our employees undertake regular training and recertification in line with HSE Regulations and industry standards.
Meet the team
Jeffrey Gould – Director
Jeff oversees the arboricultural side of the business, working closely with clients such as the River and Canal Trust, Fountains and many more.
Henry James Gould – Director
Bridging the gap between all aspects of the business, Henry is the organisational lead in the company. Henry organises and schedules work. He also leads a team heading up the work undertaken on behalf of Ground Control, working to establish good lines of clearance under power lines.
Richard Gould – Director
Richards specialist area is forestry, he leads all areas involving forestry for the company. Working with heavy machinery and haulage. Richard has undertaken many difficult jobs for which we at HRJ Gould were the only company to have the specialist equipment and skills to carry out.
